Beth is a cornerstone here at Admire Your Smile and has enjoyed working by Dr. Henningsen’s side for nearly 20 years. As the practice administrator, she is the game-planner, the influencer and the beautiful smiling face of our office. Beth says that the most fulfilling part of her job is the smiles that our dentistry is able to put on the faces of others.“Seeing the glow on someone’s face at the check-out counter after they have had a smile makeover is one of the greatest feelings and one of the many reasons why I love working at Admire Your Smile.”When Beth isn’t here at the office greeting you before your dental appointment, you can find her on her motorcycle with her husband Troy, spending time with her grandchildren or just enjoying leisure time with her family and friends.
In addition to her stellar customer service skills, Beth is a trained cosmetologist and taxidermist. Talk about multi-talented! Beth is one of the most important pieces of our puzzle here at Admire Your Smile.
Jessica came to our office from St. Louis with several years of assisting under her belt and we could not be happier to have her working with us. She has been with Dr. Henningsen for almost 3 years now and she has some of the best assisting skills that we have come across. That coupled with her vast knowledge of dentistry makes her a huge asset to the practice.“My favorite part of the job is being able to witness first-hand, how much good dentistry can impact someone’s life.”When Jessica is not at the office, she spends time with her two children and her husband, Richard. Originally from the South, hygienist Karissa has been working with Dr. Henningsen for over two years and is very much enjoying her time in the Show Me State. She earned her hygiene degree at a small, private college in Memphis, TN after discovering her passion for helping others and providing guidance to those who lack the know-how to maintain a healthy mouth.
Karissa works hard as a full-time hygienist for Dr. Henningsen, is a full-time business student in Columbia and has the dream of playing a role in increasing access to care in underserved populations. Trust that you are in compassionate hands during your appointment with her.

Most of her leisure time is spent with her studies, but she loves to fit with the occasional workout session because she feels that maintaining an active lifestyle is the key to staying productive. You can count on her filling you in about her latest fitness endeavors, triathlon, or race.

Kayla, one of our dental hygienists, has been working with Dr. Henningsen for over four years and couldn’t be happier with where she practices or what she does. A Missouri native, Kayla earned her hygiene degree at Missouri Southern State and now resides in Eldon with her husband, Josh and their dog, Toby.

To Kayla and Josh, family is everything. She, Josh and Toby spend a lot of their time outdoors camping, kayaking and just spending quality time with those they love the most.
